Dhani Jones

Linebacker, National Football League | Chairman, BowTie Cause

Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan with a custom made major called Self-Representation. He has since been a linebacker in the National Football League and has also been involved with numerous endeavors off the field. Mr. Jones considers himself an artist first and has a creative agency in New York City called VMG-Creative. He has also been the host of many television productions to include “Dhani Tackles the Globe” (Travel Channel), and “In the Zone with Dhani Jones”, a one on one interview show that highlights current and former players as well as CEO’s and community leaders. In May 2010, Mr. Jones launched the “Bow Tie Cause” as his primary philanthropic endeavor.

Jones resides in Cincinnati but is a frequent traveler around the globe. His focus is football, Bow Ties, and travel.

Chad Williamson

Director of Philanthropy, Dhani Jones | Chief Executive Officer, BowTie Cause

Mr. Williamson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters in Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. After serving five years in the U.S. Air Force, he co-founded a physical therapy practice in Tampa, Florida. He then went on to become a teacher and coach at Berkeley Preparatory School where he launched a high school leadership curriculum that included a class called “Poverty 101”. Williamson has worked with multiple non-profits to assist with marketing and programmatic efforts and also spent three months in Rwanda working for the Rwandan Basketball Federation. Prior to partnering with Mr. Jones, Williamson was a consultant to the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute for an image and re-branding campaign.

Williamson is married to his wife Heather and they have two chocolate labs that serve as therapy dogs at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

Andy Sanchez

Director of Technology, BowTie Everything

Mr. Sanchez is a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). Andres handles all technical aspects of the Bow Tie Cause and also manages the website for Bow Tie Cafe. At the age of 12, Andres wrote his first application and has continued ever since. An Urban Planner by education, Mr. Sanchez places considerable time in the dynamics of internet communities. Prior to his work with Mr. Jones, Andres was the curator for many web and new media projects for businesses, professional athletes, and emerging brands. Additionally, Sanchez has worked on a handful of development projects, with considerable experience in the economics of large scale projects.


Andres Sanchez lives in Cincinnati, with outside interests being Neoclassical Art, Urban History, Economics, and Legos. His dog’s name is Ozzie.
